Discover What Is Emerging. Take Your Next Step.
C4L Shujaa™ Emerging Purpose Inventory (EPI) is a developmental assessment designed to help you explore who you are becoming, what matters most to you, the possibilities you are considering, and the direction you want to pursue. It provides a developmental profile across ten areas related to identity, values, purpose, exploration, learning, decision-making, taking ownership and supportive relationships.
What Will Shujaa™ Help You Explore?
Shujaa™ helps you reflect on ten areas that can shape your emerging direction:
- Identity Clarity — Understanding who you are becoming
- Values Clarity — Knowing what matters most to you.
- Emerging Purpose — Discovering what you want your life to stand for.
- Future Vision & Goals — Seeing where you want to go and taking steps toward it.
- Purposeful Exploration — Exploring different possibilities for your future.
- Learning & Adaptability — Learning from experience and adjusting when needed.
- Purposeful Experimentation — Trying small steps to discover what fits you.
- Decision Confidence — Making thoughtful choices even when you are not completely sure.
- Taking Ownership — Taking responsibility for the choices and actions within your control.
- Relational Support & Mentoring — Seeking guidance and support from people you trust.
What Will You Receive?
After completing Shujaa™, you will receive your developmental profile showing your scores across the ten areas. Your results are designed to help you notice where you are gaining clarity and where further reflection, exploration or support may be helpful. You can use your profile to guide meaningful conversations with a coach, mentor, teacher, career adviser, parent or another trusted person who can support you as you explore your next steps.
Who Is Shujaa™ For?
Shujaa™ may be especially helpful for high-school graduates, university students, young professionals and others who are asking questions about who they are becoming, what matters to them and what direction they want to pursue. You do not need to have your future figured out. Shujaa™ is designed to help you explore, reflect and identify meaningful next steps.
